How to request a refund

Digital products

The Discipline Code and its bonus materials are digital products, so there is no physical item to mail back and no return-shipping cost. When a refund is issued, your license to use the digital files ends and download access may be disabled.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method. Although we process them promptly, your bank or card issuer may take 5–10 business days to post the credit.

Scope of the guarantee
