Digital Delivery Policy

Digital products only
All products currently sold on infinitysales.store, including The Discipline Code ebook and its bonus materials, are digital downloads. No physical item is shipped, no shipping address is required for delivery, and no shipping fee applies.
When and how access is delivered
After your payment is successfully completed, download access is normally provided immediately on the order-confirmation page and/or sent to the email address entered at checkout. Delivery is handled electronically through our digital-product delivery service.
Most customers receive access within a few minutes. Security reviews, payment authorization, email-provider delays, or an incorrect email address can occasionally delay delivery.
If you do not receive the files
If your download email has not arrived within 30 minutes:
- Check your spam, junk, promotions, and updates folders.
- Confirm that you are checking the same email address used at checkout.
- Search your inbox for the store name or your Shopify order confirmation.
- Contact us through the contact form on infinitysales.store and include your order number and checkout email address.
We will verify the order and resend or restore access when appropriate. Please do not send payment-card details.
Technical requirements
You need internet access to download the files and compatible PDF-reading software to open them. You are responsible for saving a backup copy for personal use and keeping your download access secure.
Incorrect or damaged files
If a file is incomplete, corrupted, or cannot be opened, contact us and we will provide a working replacement. Refund requests are handled under our Digital Product Refund Policy.
Future physical products
If physical products are added later, the applicable product page and an updated shipping policy will clearly state shipping costs, locations, and estimated delivery times before purchase.
