These Terms of Service govern your use of infinitysales.store and any purchase made through the store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
1. Store and platform
The store is operated by INFINITY and hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform used to offer products and services.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement in your location. You agree to provide accurate, current purchase and contact information and to keep any account credentials secure.
3. Digital products and license
The Discipline Code ebook and all included checklists, mindmaps, resource guides, and bonus files are digital products. A purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the files for your own lawful, non-commercial purposes.
You may not reproduce, resell, sublicense, share, distribute, upload, publish, modify for resale, or otherwise exploit the digital files or make them available to others, except where applicable law expressly permits.
4. Orders, prices, and payment
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. Current offers are shown on the product and checkout pages. You authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the total shown before you submit the order. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, technical errors, or legal and compliance reasons; if payment was captured for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
5. Digital delivery
Digital access is provided after successful payment through the confirmation page, email, or our digital-delivery service. No physical product will be shipped. You are responsible for providing a valid email address and for having a compatible device, internet access, and PDF-reading software. See our Digital Delivery Policy for details.
6. Refunds and cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our Digital Product Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer law.
